Therapy with me is conversational, collaborative, and unhurried. People often come during times of stress, anxiety, grief, sorrow, burnout, dependence, compulsion, life transition, or when familiar ways of coping no longer work.
In sessions, we make room for insightful dialogue, the present moment, and meaningful change over time. This work is less about quick fixes and more about clarity, fluidity, and learning to move through life differently.
